Sponsorship Levels
The Gold Sponsorship Level of $10,000 (or greater) is the most prestigious level of sponsorship. It comes with a free team entry and prime billing on the tournament banner.
The Silver Sponsorship Level of $5,000 (or greater) includes a team entry with second level billing on the tournament banner.
The Bronze Sponsorship Level of $1,500 (or greater) includes a team entry with second level billing on the tournament banner.
The Hole Sponsorship Level of $175 includes your name on the banner and on the hole sign
If you prefer, you can pay by check.
Make check payable to the Winston-Salem Foundation with Valerie Moser Fund in the memo line.
